Andrea Foster
Neurofeedback Practitioner
BA (Hons), MA, RP
My name is Andrea Foster, and I am a registered psychotherapist at Blue Oaks Counselling and Wellness, holding a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. My journey into understanding the intricacies of the human brain and mental health began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Additionally, I have a diploma in paramedicine from Conestoga College.
During my 15-year career as a paramedic, I had the privilege of accompanying individuals through some of life’s most challenging and intimate moments. Through these experiences, I witnessed the transformative power of resilience, inner strength, and courage. My aim is to create an inclusive environment that nurtures self-discovery through an integrative, collaborative, and client-centered approach.
