Andrea Foster

Neurofeedback Practitioner

BA (Hons), MA, RP

My name is Andrea Foster, and I am a registered psychotherapist with a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. I have a deep-rooted passion for understanding the human mind and fostering mental well-being. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University, followed by a diploma in Paramedicine from Conestoga College.

Over the course of my 15-year career as a paramedic, I had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging and intimate moments. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, inner strength, and the transformative power of human connection. I’ve seen firsthand how, in the face of adversity, people can draw on deep reserves of courage and healing potential.

Now, as a psychotherapist, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their own paths towards self-discovery and growth. I approach therapy with an integrative, client-centred philosophy, working collaboratively with each individual to nurture healing and empower personal transformation.
